#3 Side Hip Lift: This exercise for curves helps strengthen your core. You lay on your side with your knees bent. Lay your other leg on top of the bottom leg. Support your upper body with one arm bent on the floor. Now lift your hip off the floor and slowly lower back down. Do several reps and then repeat on the opposite side. |
